This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for payments made through Gainz.
Gainz is a product and trade name of Wosman LLC.
Payments on the Gainz platform are securely processed through Mollie B.V. Mollie provides the payment infrastructure used to facilitate subscription payments and payments between clients and coaches on the platform. For regulatory and technical reasons related to EU payment processing, transactions may be processed through a Mollie account operated by R. Bell Beheer BV (Netherlands). R. Bell Beheer BV acts solely as a payment processing entity and does not provide coaching services or determine refund policies.
This Refund Policy applies to two types of payments that may occur through the Gainz platform:
Different refund rules apply to each category.
Coaches or companies may purchase a subscription to Gainz Coach, which provides access to software tools for managing coaching businesses.
Subscription fees paid to Gainz are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Refunds may be issued only:
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution but typically take between 5 and 10 business days to appear on the customer's statement.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
If a subscription is cancelled:
Gainz facilitates payments between clients (athletes) and coaches or companies through Mollie Connect.
In these transactions:
Gainz does not provide coaching services and is not responsible for issuing refunds for these transactions.
If you purchased coaching services through Gainz and wish to request a refund, you must contact the coach or company directly.
The coach or company is responsible for:
Gainz cannot issue refunds on behalf of coaches or companies.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through your payment provider or through Mollie:
Users are encouraged to contact the coach or Gainz support first before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, as many issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly for a Gainz subscription, please contact us as soon as possible.
If a billing error is confirmed, Gainz may issue a refund or correction at its discretion.
If you believe a payment was made without authorization:
Mollie may initiate verification procedures or dispute processes where appropriate.
